Change. Great organizations thrive on it because they recruit, hire, train and support the right people to turn change into opportunity — then opportunity into results.

That's the work of successful human resource professionals, and their voices are more important than ever to an organization's success. But to earn a seat at the table, HR practitioners need specialized, advanced knowledge of contemporary human resources and business issues.

What You Will Learn in the Online MHRM Program

This online degree program content was designed to align with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®) HRM competency model, which is recognized as the highest professional standard for the practice of human resources. Participants completing this program may have the added benefit of being better prepared for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR©) or the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR©) certification exams.
