Online MBA in Human Resources Management
The online MBA Human Resources Management concentration, partnering with Cambridge College Global’s Master of Human Resource Management program, provides online MBA students with the opportunity to extend their studies beyond the general MBA curriculum to survey key functional areas within human resources (HR). This is accomplished by pairing the foundational MBA classes with three specialized courses in a variety of relevant HR practice areas.
What You Will Learn in the Online MBA - Human Resources Management Concentration
Cambridge College Global’s online MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management prepares graduates for management and leadership roles within a variety of industries. The online MBA program Human Resources Management concentration is designed to give graduates the knowledge and skills to work in operations or other aspects of management.
Students will take the foundational course HRM 501 Strategic Human Resource Management and then select any two of the following courses to complete the concentration:

- HRM 550 Employee & Labor Relations
- HRM 540 Talent Management and Development
