SCMC Course Curriculum
The Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management includes three graduate level courses which focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain process. Special consideration is given to the productivity and performance management of people, systems and technology in the supply chain.
Quality Systems and Strategic Planning
This course explores planning strategies with an emphasis on quality management, and introduces students to the Six Sigma DMAIC process and associated quality tools that are used to assess and improve business processes.
Supply Chain Management
This is an overview of fundamental topics in supply chain management, with a focus on optimization and best practices that characterize best-in-class companies.
Business Process Analysis
Students will explore Lean Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, best practices in Quality Processes and learn how to identify the value stream of a division and of the organization.
