These half-day training seminars are provided on your site by one of our expert faculty or staff. Training programs can be customized specifically for your company. On-Boarding Courses for New Managers

Individuals who have been in their current position for one year or less are eligible to take one of the following undergraduate courses at no cost:

  • Principles of Management (managers of one year or less)
  • Quality Customer Service (employment of one year or less)
  • Fundamentals of Banking (employment of one year or less)

Each course is completed over 8 weeks and is conducted 100 percent online. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion. Those who subsequently enroll in a New England College of Business undergraduate program will also be awarded 3 credits toward the completion of their degree.
