How I Might Be Able to Assist

My passion is in teaching, facilitating and learning. Because of my dissertation research and the ongoing issues that surface in the workplace. Culture, diversity and generations in the workplace are topics of major interest.

Having worked in different industries, under different structures in different states helps provide a broader lens to view business and HR. I appreciate and enjoy adult learning and hearing about the many experiences students share in the classroom.

I support the HR profession and its impact on organizations and I’m willing to discuss and share experiences to help troubleshoot potential issues and opportunities.

I’m a strong proponent of presentations and public speaking as it is a skill that everyone should develop to advance in their profession and in their organization. This is an area that I can assist in developing as students progress through their programs.

With employment laws being challenging on a federal level working in different states offer another challenge. California is one of the most challenging HR environments and having spent 20 years in California she brings experience with those challenges.

Because of her educational background she has had the opportunity to teach courses across a broad spectrum which adds to the learning experience.
