Risk Management Process, Oil-Gas Firm, transform from excel file to integrated web-based tool with metrics, reports, and improve organizational learning and sharing of risk concepts and best practices management.

Working Capital Management process redesigned for projects to help manage cash flows, aging receivables, milestones, and standardize reporting metrics for projects.
