Canvas Help is available 24 hours a day/365 days a year! Before contacting the Canvas Help Desk, make sure your issue is Canvas related. Here are the various Help Desks:

Clicking "Help" in Canvas brings you to several options. You can click a link to ask your instructor for help, search the Canvas User guides, report a problem, or request a feature.
Canvas has a searchable help feature built right in. Clicking Help gives you access to user guides, as well as the crowd-sourced Canvas Community where users ask and answer questions of one another. Canvas staff members also monitor the community, providing assistance as needed.
